Now Hiring: BP Project Engineer (3 On / 3 Off – 21/21 Rotation)
We’re looking for an experienced Project Engineer to support offshore projects at BP’s Thunder Horse facility, with occasional work at Mad Dog. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance projects, upgrades, and rig modifications safely and efficiently.
Role Highlights
- Lead project planning, budgets, work packs, and vendor coordination
- Oversee offshore execution and 3rd-party contractors
- Act as the key liaison between BP Wells, Valaris & BP Production
- Support engineering with measurements, surveys, and constructability
- Navigate SIMOPS, weather delays, and dynamic offshore schedules
- Ensure permitting, safety, and compliance standards are met
Requirements
✔ 5+ years’ project engineering/coordination experience
✔ HUET, TWIC, RigPass
✔ Strong communication & MS Office skills
✔ Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders offshore
Preferred: MS Project, offshore/marine experience, SIMOPS background
