Assisted Living & Memory Care Community
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Nurse to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents while supporting their dignity, independence, and overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with residents’ care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor residents’ health status and promptly report changes to appropriate parties
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans
- Provide support and education to residents and families as needed
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations, infection control standards, and community policies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN or LPN license in good standing
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care best practices
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Schedule:

Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Required)
- LPN (Required)
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
