Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic ACA Sales Manager to join our team remotely. Responsibilities

- Engage in outside sales activities, including prospecting new clients, conducting presentations, and closing deals remotely.
- Negotiate terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail partners, brokers, and other stakeholders through exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to optimize sales approaches.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as tracking leads, updating CRM systems, and preparing reports on sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and other relevant legal standards.
- Provide ongoing training on insurance products, benefits administration, and telemarketing techniques to team members as needed.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales or retail sales roles within the insurance industry or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance, health insurance, property casualty insurance, and related regulations is essential.
- Familiarity with insurance sales processes, benefits administration, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate product value propositions clearly.
- Analysis skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and regulatory updates for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in telemarketing or digital outreach strategies is a plus for expanding client engagement efforts.
