Position: Sales Associate
What We Offer
· Guaranteed salary with the potential to earn weekly cash bonuses
· Earning potential: Easily make between $4,000 to $6,000 per month
· Paid training: $15.00 per hour, no experience necessary—we will teach you everything you need to know
· Comprehensive benefits: Medical insurance and a retirement plan
· Ideal schedule: Dealership hours are 9:00am to approximately 7:00pm, with two days off each week

Responsibilities
· Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
· Learn and apply sales techniques provided during training
· Assist customers in finding vehicles that meet their needs
· Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
· Contribute to a welcoming and energetic dealership environment
Requirements
· Motivated, team-minded individuals who enjoy talking to people
· No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and succeed
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
