Mount Pleasant Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Internet & BDC Manager to lead our digital sales and customer engagement efforts. This is an opportunity to build, coach, and lead a high-performing team that converts internet traffic into showroom appointments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Internet/BDC team to maximize appointments, shows, and sold customers.
- Manage all internet, phone, chat, OEM, and third-party lead sources.
- Ensure every customer receives prompt, professional, and consistent follow-up.
- Monitor CRM activity and hold the team accountable for daily tasks, follow-up, and documentation.
- Track and improve key performance indicators.
- Work closely with the Sales Management team to improve lead handling and customer experience.
- Train and onboard new team members while continuously coaching existing staff.
- Audit phone calls, emails, texts, and CRM activity to ensure quality communication.
- Partner with our marketing vendors to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Develop processes that improve efficiency and create a best-in-class digital customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive Internet or BDC management experience required.
- Strong understanding of dealership CRM systems and lead management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated with a process-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
