Esthetician – Facial Massage & Advanced Skincare
We are a boutique facial massage spa specializing in facial sculpting through advanced manual techniques. Our services include facial massage and high touch customized facials.
We are looking for a passionate esthetician who values holistic beauty, client relationships, and a calm luxury experience.
What You’ll Do
- Perform customized facials and advanced facial massage treatments (training available)
- Provide lash lift and brow lamination treatments
- Provide facial & body waxing services
- Recommend professional skincare products to clients
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment space
- Deliver exceptional client experience and help build client loyalty
- Participate in creating content for our social media
- Upsell appropriate treatment add-ons and skincare products when beneficial for the client
What We’re Looking For
- Valid California Esthetician License and at least 1 year of experience in the field
- LMT license preferred
- Strong facial massage skills and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Excellent client communication and professionalism
- Comfortable being on camera occasionally for social media
- Sales background and/or training (preferred)
- Ability to work weekends (preferred)
Compensation
* base hourly pay starting at $22/hr + bonuses + tips
