We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Store Assistant Manager in our Hartsdale and Yonkers Locations to help oversee operations and support our store teams.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support daily store operations remotely
- Act as a liaison between corporate and in-store staff
- Track and report inventory levels, team performance, and store needs
- Coordinate with store leads to ensure smooth day-to-day function
- Manage remote communications and assist with scheduling coverage
- Travel to Redefine Meals locations when needed (reimbursed)
Qualifications:
- Prior retail or food service management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Comfortable with remote work tools (Clover, POS monitoring, etc.)
- Reliable transportation for occasional travel between locations
