Position: Quality Assurance Specialist
Pay Rate: $26 per hour

We are currently looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee quality assurance processes. This is a fully remote role, ideal for individuals who preffer working independently.
Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks and reviews for financial institution processes
Create reports and documentation using Microsoft Word
Work with internal teams to detect issues and develop solutions
Keep accurate records and ensure adherence to company standards
Assist with ongoing quality improvement efforts
Requirements:
High level of attention to detail
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Good communication skills
