Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Pickers to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting products for shipment, ensuring timely and precise order fulfillment. This role is essential in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and delivering excellent service to our customers. The position offers a dynamic work environment where teamwork, accuracy, and reliability are valued.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve items from storage locations based on order specifications using handheld pick lists
- Verify product quantities and quality before packing for shipment
- Organize picked items for efficient packing and shipping processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
Skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (preferred but not required)
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills or familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Prior experience in warehouse or order fulfillment roles is a plus but not mandatory
