Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through active listening and engaging conversations
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through hands-on product demos, ensuring customers understand how to maximize their devices and plans
- Assist customers with selecting suitable wireless plans, accessories, and devices to meet their lifestyle requirements
- Upsell additional products or services by highlighting value propositions, promotions, and bundle options to increase sales opportunities
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipt issuance
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves with the latest wireless products and accessories
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers or potential clients
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics environments
- Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership opportunities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math is essential for daily operations
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of grocery store or retail environments is advantageous but not required; a willingness to learn is key
- Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and inventory management tasks efficiently
