Help Families Become Homeowners
TN Happy Homes is a family-owned manufactured home dealership serving Southern Middle Tennessee and North Alabama. We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused individual to join our team as a Home Consultant.
This is not a high-pressure sales job.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and guiding customers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Sales experience is helpful, but not required. We can teach homes and financing. We can’t teach honesty, work ethic, and genuine care for customers.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with customers in person, by phone, text, and email
- Conduct model home tours
- Learn our floorplans, builders, and financing options
- Help customers find the home that fits their needs and budget
- Follow up with prospective buyers
- Assist customers through the home buying process
- Work with lenders, factory representatives, and internal staff
- Keep customer information organized and up to date
- Build long-term relationships that generate referrals

No manufactured housing experience is required.

- Confidently showing homes
- Managing your own customer pipeline
- Building relationships with buyers
- Helping customers navigate financing and purchasing decisions
- Contributing to a positive customer experience from start to finish
