Responsibilities: This is a working Manager's position.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff
- Maintain and update patient records at registration using software such as Opendental/Eaglesoft/Softdent
- Assist with utilization management and ensure proper documentation for insurance claims
- Review Treatment plans and payments with the patient
- Process End of Day and Monthly reports- Update spreadsheet with data from reports
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain a productive work environment
- Provide administrative support to the doctors as needed

- Answer the phone, schedule patients for their appointments, answer any pt inquiries , and provide outstanding customer service
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff, patients, and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in using Dental software
- Knowledge of managed care principles and utilization management processes
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information and maintaining records
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with group dental practices.
