Celltron Inc. provides world class manufacturing services for various industries including Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial. We currently have immediate openings for Full-Time wire harness/cable assembler position in our Chatsworth, CA facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Read and interpret manufacturing procedures, work instructions, drawings, and schematics.
· Prepare, cut, strip, and solder cables using hand tools and cut and strip automated machines.
· Prepare labels with a heat shrink labeling machine and shrink onto cables.
· Prepare cables for connection by tinning wires with a soldering iron.
· Document completed tasks on work order travelers and sign-off records.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
· Must be able to lift products/boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma.
· 2 + years of general work experience.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in electro-mechanical wire harness assembly manufacturing.
- Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD-001 standard.
- Familiarity with AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management System Standards.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
