About the Role
Jazz Imaging is a San Jose-based manufacturer of intraoral X-ray sensors trusted by thousands of dental practices across the U.S. As a Dental Imaging Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to resource for dental professionals navigating everything from technical troubleshooting and product training to billing support and account questions, making sure their Jazz sensors stay up and running so they can focus on patient care.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound support inquiries via phone and online channels from dental professionals
- Conduct outbound callbacks to follow up on open cases and ensure customer issues are fully resolved
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues related to Jazz Imaging products
- Assist customers directly on their workstations via remote desktop application
- Provide product training to customers via phone and remote interface
- Assist with billing inquiries and account management
- Log and manage support tickets through Salesforce CRM
- Support shipping and customer returns
- Build and improve support documentation and internal processes
- Assist with new customer product installations and setup
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth experience
- Work closely with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
What We're Looking For
- A natural problem solver who enjoys digging into an issue and seeing it through to resolution
- Prior customer support or technical support experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, you're calm, clear, and helpful under pressure
- Comfortable with Windows OS (7, 8, 10, 11) and basic networking concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple issues at once
- Experience in dental, medical device, or healthcare is a plus but not required
