City Uniforms & Linen is seeking an experienced Healthcare Solutions Executive to drive growth throughout Ohio by selling innovative RFID-enabled scrub management systems, scrub vending technology, and healthcare garment rental programs to hospitals and healthcare systems.
This is a consultative sales role focused on helping healthcare organizations improve scrub accountability, reduce inventory loss, increase operational efficiency, enhance infection prevention initiatives, and improve employee satisfaction through advanced RFID technology and managed scrub services.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling medical equipment, healthcare technology, medical devices, capital equipment, or healthcare services to hospitals and health systems. This individual will be comfortable engaging executive leadership, Supply Chain, Perioperative Services, Nursing Leadership, Infection Prevention, Finance, and Materials Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, surgery centers, and healthcare facilities throughout Ohio.
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, industry events, and strategic account planning.
- Develop relationships with key healthcare decision makers including:

Solution Selling
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify opportunities for RFID scrub management and healthcare textile solutions.
- Present ROI analyses demonstrating cost savings, inventory reduction, labor efficiencies, and improved accountability.
- Deliver product demonstrations of RFID scrub dispensing systems and inventory management technology.
- Develop customized proposals, pricing models, and implementation plans.
- Lead contract negotiations and close multi-year service agreements.
Account Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process and implementation.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, implementation, and executive leadership teams to ensure successful program launches.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to support retention, expansion, and referral opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for additional healthcare textile and linen service programs.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor healthcare market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments.
- Maintain expertise in RFID technology, healthcare textile management, infection prevention initiatives, and healthcare operational best practices.
