Broadband America Corp., a national integrator of network and electrical infrastructure, is seeking a National Project Coordinator with hands-on low voltage and electrical field experience.
This position is ideal for someone who understands the field and is ready to take on a role coordinating projects, supporting technicians, supporting project managers and keeping jobs on track.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple projects from kickoff through completion
- Communicate daily with field technicians, customers, and project managers
- Schedule labor and assign manpower based on project needs
- Order, track, and coordinate delivery of project materials
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports
- Prepare and distribute daily and weekly progress updates
- Monitor project timelines and help keep projects on schedule
- Assist with customer communication and issue resolution
- Coordinate travel, lodging, and logistics for field crews
- Process project paperwork, change orders, and closeout documentation
- Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks
