ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a new residential water treatment company launching in the Phoenix/Scottsdale metro area, specializing in whole-home water softener, filtration, and reverse osmosis system installations. We are seeking a licensed water conditioning contractor to join us as our Arizona ROC Qualifying Party (QP).
This is a ground-floor opportunity with a company backed by serious operational and marketing infrastructure. Our founder scaled his previous business to 7 figures and is bringing that same execution approach to the water treatment industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the Arizona ROC Qualifying Party for the business
- Supervise residential water treatment installations in compliance with ROC requirements
- Ensure all work meets Arizona code and quality standards
- Collaborate with ownership on installation processes and subcontractor oversight
- Optionally perform direct install work on a per-job basis (additional compensation)
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Arizona ROC R-54 or CR-54 (Water Conditioning Equipment) license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years experience in water treatment, water softener, or water conditioning installation
- Strong understanding of Arizona ROC compliance requirements
- Reliable, professional, and takes pride in quality work
