Cable Connection & Supply (CCS) in Faribault, MN is looking for a hands-on Embroidery Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll primarily work with our embroidery machines, prepping, hooping, threading, and sewing apparel for customization. Occasionally, you may assist with minor assembly tasks, but the focus is on creating high-quality embroidered products.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Embroidery Production Specialist, your main focus will be operating embroidery machines and ensuring high-quality customized apparel. Occasional support with minor assembly tasks may be required.
Embroidery & Quality Control
- Trimming and cleaning of garments as needed.
- Watch for quality issues & correct when they do not meet standards.
- Inspect merchandise against order specifications.
- Attach the appropriate hoop to each garment(s), and in the correct location(s).
- Thread machine with correct thread color for each work order.
- Operate Melco Bravo embroidery machines safely and efficiently
- Scan order after sewing is complete.
- Monitor the proper functioning of the embroidery machines; perform minor maintenance as needed; escalate any machine issues in a timely manner.
Coordination & Production Support
- Read and follow production work orders accurately
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Verify received products before embroidery setup
- Arrange garments for efficient embroidery workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
General Assembly (As Needed)
- Connect parts into assemblies, ensuring proper fit and function
- Use hand tools safely and maintain work area cleanliness
Other duties as assigned, required or expected to support effective department operations
Skills and Qualifications:
A successful candidate will have the following qualifications -
- Prior embroidery experience is a plus, but not required
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using machines and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to stand for 5–8 hours and lift up to 20 pounds
- Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
