Job Summary of Office Administrator:
JENNMAR is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations at our Neely’s Landing site. This role is key to maintaining smooth office functions and supporting both the administrative and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities Office Administrator:
Administrative Support:
- Perform a variety of office tasks including document filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Generate reports and assist with maintaining accurate documentation.
- Handle incoming calls and provide general administrative support across departments.
- Help implement and refine office procedures and workflows.
- Coordinate with administrative staff to support cross-functional needs and learn additional roles as required.
- Attend team meetings to stay aligned with operational goals and deadlines.
- Manage daily and weekly administrative activities to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
- Order and maintain supplies for the office, restrooms, and first-aid stations.
- Check deliveries in and work with office manager to see upper management is notified.
Operations & Compliance:
- Track and assist with payroll processing.
- Handle truck ticketing for sales at the mine gate and manage related documentation.
- Work with safety manager to maintain compliance with DNR and MSHA paperwork, including preparation of quarterly reports.
- Foster a safe, efficient, and professional work environment.
Qualifications of Office Administrator:
- Strong organizational, communication (both English and Spanish), and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background check and drug/alcohol testing.
- Physically able to assist with aggregate sampling when needed.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
