Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our vibrant production team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality screen printing processes on a variety of substrates, ensuring vibrant color reproduction and precise registration. Your expertise will help bring creative designs to life, supporting our print advertising, promotional products, and custom apparel projects. Duties
- Set up and operate screen printing presses ensuring optimal print quality and efficiency
- Prepare screens and inks for printing runs
- Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on printing machinery to maintain smooth operations
- Monitor print quality throughout production runs by inspecting prints for color accuracy, registration, and defect detection; implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Pay will be based on experience, highly preferred
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
