Casabella Cleaning | Remote (Mountain Time hours required) | Part-time, ~20 hrs/week; Mon-Thu 9:00-11:30 AM MT call blocks required, remaining hours flexible
Pay: $18-$22/hour base, plus $35 for every commercial walkthrough you book that happens, plus 10% of first-month billing on commercial accounts that close. At target activity, bonuses add $5 to $10 per hour, for a realistic $23-$30/hour effective.
We're a Boulder-based cleaning company growing our commercial division, and we need a phone-first salesperson to turn leads into booked appointments.
Here's what makes this role different: we generate the leads for you. Our system delivers a fresh, verified list of local businesses with phone numbers every week. You call, you have real conversations, and you book walkthroughs onto our calendar.
What you'll do
- Call commercial prospects (medical offices, gyms, churches, professional offices, schools, property managers) from our lead queue during morning call blocks, Mon-Thu 9:00-11:30 AM MT
- Book walkthrough appointments for our estimator. You set the meeting, we price and close.
- Respond to inbound residential leads by text through our Slack-based system, fast, friendly, and aimed at booking
- Own the pipeline in Airtable: log every call, keep lead statuses current, and set your own follow-up dates
What we're looking for
- You're comfortable on the phone with strangers and don't take "no" personally
- You write clean, friendly texts and emails
- Prior outbound calling, inside sales, or call-center experience is a real plus
- Quiet home workspace and reliable internet
- Colorado Front Range preferred. Mountain Time morning availability required.
- Authorized to work in the US (W-2 position)
Benefits: paid sick leave per Colorado law. This is a part-time W-2 role with room to grow into full-time as the commercial division scales.
