Experienced CNA – Private Duty Home Care$50 Per 2-Hour Visit | Up to $115 Per 4-Hour Care Block | 1099 Position
Exceptional Care Group is seeking an experienced, dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an ongoing private-duty home care client in Barnegat, NJ.
This is a higher-acuity client requiring a confident caregiver who is comfortable providing hands-on personal care in a private home. We are looking for someone who values consistency, communicates well, and takes pride in delivering exceptional one-on-one care.
Current Openings
- PM Visits (Monday–Sunday): 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- AM 4-Hour Care Blocks: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday
- Additional care blocks and clients may become available for dependable caregivers.
Compensation
- $50 per 2-hour visit
- Up to $115 per 4-hour care block
- 1099 Independent Contractor
Responsibilities
- Hands-on personal care
- Bedbound care
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Bedpan assistance
- Safe transfers (Hoyer lift and transfer board experience preferred)
- Dressing, hygiene, repositioning, and mobility assistance
- Companionship while maintaining client dignity and safety
Requirements
✔ Active CNA certification (required)
✔ Experience providing hands-on personal care
✔ Comfortable with higher-acuity clients
✔ Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently in a private home

Job Type: Contract
