YMCA at Donelson-Hermitage is Now Hiring for Asst. Swim Team Coach
Position Type: Part-time
Pay Range starts at $14 per hour (or more depending on experience)
Are you passionate about swimming and love helping others achieve their goals? The YMCA of Middle TN is looking for a Swim Team Assistant Coach to join our team and support our swimmers in their journey to success!
In this role, you’ll assist the Swim Team Coach with practices, provide feedback to participants, ensure safety at all times, and help with swim meet preparation. If you’re energetic, organized, and excited to make a difference, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Bring:

Be at least 16 years old

Proficiency in all four competitive strokes

Swim team or instruction experience (preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Certifications You’ll Need (we’ll help!):

New Hire Orientation before your first shift

CPR Pro, First Aid, and AED (within 30 days)

YMCA Principles of Competitive Swimming and Diving (within 90 days)
