While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Consistent experience in manufacturing setting in set-up and machine operation or metal fabrication. This could include: Setting up/running CNC equipment, Performing part quality inspections, Blueprint reading, Experience with making adjustments to CNC programs

Strong work history including good longevity in previous roles
EXPERIENCE

Trainee: 0–3 months related experience or training

Apprentice: Completion of Trainee level requirements in CNC Laser Operator training program

Qualified: Completion of Apprentice level requirements in CNC Laser Operator training program.

Certified Completion of Qualified level requirements in CNC Laser Operator training program.
