What You’ll Do
- Be the Expert: Troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and be the go-to service guru on the team.
- Mentor & Guide: Train and support junior techs, ensuring the team works efficiently, safely, and with top-notch craftsmanship.
- Customer Comfort: Interact with homeowners and clients, ensuring they feel confident, comfortable, and cared for.
- Set the Pace: Uphold the high standards Touchdown is known for—quality, professionalism, and integrity in every job.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a HVAC service technician, with deep knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Strong leadership skills—you enjoy guiding others and setting the tone on the job.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt in the field.
- EPA Certification and relevant HVAC licenses (or willingness to obtain).
- A positive attitude, team-first mindset, and pride in your craft.
