Chef
We are a vibrant outdoor winery seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to lead our food program. Food is prepared and served from a fully equipped food truck, offering a unique opportunity to blend creative cooking with hands-on kitchen leadership in a scenic, event-driven environment. The Chef will also oversee the catering team, as we often host weddings & events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a high-quality, approachable menu
- Oversee catering operations for weddings and private events
- Coordinate food service with winery events and adjust offerings as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong culinary skills with an eye for presentation and efficiency
- Comfortable working in a food truck environment
- Availability to work weekends and during special winery events
- Valid Food Manager Certification (ServSafe)
- Valid Food Handler's Card
- Valid Driver's License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
