Condustrial is hiring General Laborers for our coal yard operations team in Baltimore, MD. No prior coal yard experience requires a strong work ethic, motivation, and attention to detail.
Schedule:
- Rotating 12-hour day shifts, 4 days on / 4 days off
- Includes weekends and holidays
- Not a Monday–Friday schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- General clean-up and maintenance in the coal yard
- Keep work areas organized and free of debris
- Follow safety protocols and wear PPE
- Assist with basic support tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Pass background check, TWIC Card application required within 15 days of employment
- alcohol/hair follicle drug test, including THC and tests back at least 6 months
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
