The Role
You’ll be part of a crew installing floor coating systems in residential spaces like garages, basements, and patios.
If you’re stepping into a leadership role, you’ll also be expected to help guide the crew and keep jobs moving efficiently.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Grinding, repairing, and prepping concrete surfaces properly
- Mixing and installing epoxy / polyaspartic coating systems
- Broadcasting flakes and applying topcoats with precision
- Keeping the jobsite clean, protected, and professional
- Using equipment the right way (and taking care of it)
- Communicating clearly with your crew throughout the job
- Making sure the finished floor looks like something you’re proud to put your name on
What This Job Requires
- Ability to handle physical work daily (lifting, grinding, long hours on your feet)
- Strong attention to detail small mistakes show up in this trade
- Consistency not just when someone is watching

Basic Requirements
- Experience with tools (grinders, hand tools, power tools)
- Ability to follow a step-by-step process
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working in different temperatures and environments
- Coatings experience is a plus but not required if you’re willing to learn

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
