Job Description
We are a full service graphic production and visual marketing company for luxury retail brands and events. We are searching for a driven and meticulous Junior Account and Project Manager, who is detailed-oriented and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They are the lead contact for clients and tasked in building rapport with clients, understanding client's goals and helping them succeed, while accurately communicating those needs to in-house studio, production department and senior account manager. Candidate must be adaptable, a quick learner, proactive and solutions-focused, have a sense of urgency, can work independently and possess good and consistent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Work location is mainly in NYC and occasionally Freeport, NY.
- Oversee the tracking, scheduling, trafficking and communication of project details, guaranteeing that projects move seamlessly through established workflow. Identify issues early and provide solutions.
- Manage day to day client relationships and account relations
- Liaise with studio and production to successfully deliver client orders in an efficient, timely manner with results that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Maximize business development opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Manage multi-media projects across several high profile accounts.
- Create estimates, maintain budgets and ensure jobs are billed accurately.
- Responsible for overall quality of project deliverables.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, production and accounting.
- Schedule, organize and allocate time based on existing workload and priorities.
- Prioritize, manage, and solve problems as they arise.
- Actively support company growth by participating in new business pitches and proposals.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in client facing roles managing retail, wholesale and event projects in creative/digital agency environments.
- 1+ years experience leading enterprise level projects working closely with senior management, production and account management team members.
- Demonstrates good judgment, excellent planning, problem-solving, troubleshooting, management, and communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to think strategically, act quickly, multi-task, and work collaboratively in an environment that values creativity and flexibility to make things happen.
- Must have experience using project management tools and methodologies including agile project management.
- Working knowledge of Mac OS, File Maker, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator a plus
- Knowledge of Pre-press, Large Format, Small Format Digital Printing as well as Offset Printing and the different substrates.
- Self-motivated, positive, and able to focus on delivering high-quality and timely results for projects and assignments.
- Ability to manage time effectively, juggle concurrent projects, manage team, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Ability to identify and assess risks to project timelines, resource budgets and overall success, and then adjust course effectively around rapidly changing environments.

- Willing to help others and wear other hats when the need arises.
- Compensation is commensurate to experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
