Buda Oaks is looking for compassionate Caregivers and Med techs that have the desire to be part of an extraordinary team with the desire to ensure our residents are happy, healthy and safe. Are you who we are looking for?
Training provided for the right candidate with a passion for Seniors
Your day-to-day:
- Assist residents with dressing and grooming
- Provide bathing assistance
- Assist with transfers
- Toileting assistance
- Escort residents to and from activities
- Communicate health status concerns
- Provide feeding assistance
- Assist with laundry services
- Provide trash removal from resident rooms
- Assist with activities
- Previous Dementia Care preferred
- Rotating schedule with weekends required
The Must Haves:
· High School diploma/GED and six months related experience and/or training
· Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
· Ability to read, write and speak English
· Ability to lift a maximum of 50lbs
