Base Pay: $16.00/hour
$17.00/hour for candidates who already possess the 36-Hour Activity Director Certification
If you do not currently have the certification, no problem! Employees who successfully complete the required 36-Hour Activity Director Certification within 60 days will receive an increase to $17.00/hour upon completion.

Plan and lead engaging recreational, social, and therapeutic activities
Develop monthly activity calendars and coordinate special events
Encourage resident participation and enhance overall quality of life
Maintain accurate activity documentation and follow regulatory requirements
Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
High school diploma or equivalent required
36-Hour Activity Director Certification preferred
Willingness to obtain certification within 60 days if not already certified
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic about enriching the lives of seniors
