Staff at Eastside Care assist residents with daily living needs such as reminders, light personal care, mobility support, meal assistance, housekeeping oversight, and medication assistance or observation as permitted by state regulations. Employees are responsible for following individualized care plans, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and adhering to all facility policies and procedures.
Team members are expected to demonstrate professionalism, reliability, patience, and strong communication skills at all times. Staff must remain observant, responsive, and respectful while ensuring resident safety and well-being. Maintaining boundaries, confidentiality, and a calm environment is essential.
