Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable divers to support a combination of offshore salvage operations and in-water vessel maintenance services. This role involves working in dynamic marine environments, performing physically demanding tasks, and contributing to projects that require precision, safety, and teamwork.
Divers will be assigned to offshore recovery and environmental operations as needed, with additional workdays focused on hull cleaning and routine underwater service for marina and private clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform offshore diving operations including material recovery, removal, and general salvage support
- Execute in-water vessel services including hull cleaning, propeller cleaning, and anode replacement
- Utilize underwater tools and equipment in varying visibility and current conditions
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and dive procedures
- Work as part of a two-diver team to complete assigned scopes efficiently
- Complete dive reports, including photo documentation and service summaries
- Maintain and care for company-issued gear and equipment
Qualifications
- Open Water SCUBA certification required (advanced or higher preferred)
- Commercial diving experience preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding labor
- Comfortable working offshore and in varying marine conditions
- Ability to follow direction and operate within structured safety protocols
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $21.00 – $30.00 based on experience and performance

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
