Sales / Project Manager – Security & Locksmith Industry

Affordable Lock and Security Solutions, a trusted leader in the locksmith and security industry since 1970, is seeking an experienced Sales / Project Manager to join our growing team. With 8 locations throughout West-Central Florida, we continue to expand our commercial and electronic security services and are looking for a motivated professional to help drive that growth.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects from initial consultation through successful completion. This individual will build lasting client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with our operations team to ensure every project is completed on time and exceeds customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and government clients.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Meet with customers to assess security needs and recommend locksmith and electronic security solutions.
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for locksmith, access control, security cameras, door hardware, and related security systems.
- Manage projects from award through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, dispatch, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress, manage change orders, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Maintain exceptional customer service before, during, and after each project.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales, estimating, or project management experience in the commercial locksmith, electronic security, access control, or related security industry is preferred but not required
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage customer relationships.
- Experience in sales, estimating, and managing projects.
- Knowledge of door hardware, electronic access control, & security cameras is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/project management software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
