RN or LPN Supervisor
Schedule: Full-Time, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
Radiant Nursing & Rehab is a compassionate, resident-centered skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing the highest quality of care. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Supervisor to join our leadership team for the evening shift.
Position Summary:
The 3–11 Nursing Supervisor oversees all nursing operations during the evening shift, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination between departments. This role provides leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff while maintaining a safe and positive environment for residents and team members.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care.
Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers during the shift.
Conduct rounds to monitor resident status, care delivery, and safety.
Serve as the on-site administrative and clinical leader after business hours.
Respond to emergencies and coordinate care as needed.
Ensure proper documentation and communication between shifts.
Support compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and disciplinary action when necessary.
Communicate with families, physicians, and staff in a professional, compassionate manner.
Qualifications
Current RN or LPN license in the State of Florida.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in urgent situations.
