- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 12 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with significant focus on memory subsystems, server architecture, memory interface chips, DRAM technologies, memory modules, or related markets.

Strong understanding of DDR5, DDR6, RDIMM, MRDIMM, memory power delivery architectures, memory interface chips, and server memory ecosystem requirements.

Demonstrated experience working with processor vendors, SoC companies, DRAM suppliers, module manufacturers, hyperscalers, OEMs, and ODMs.

Experience developing technical requirements, product collateral, technical documentation, training materials, and customer-facing technical communications.

Working knowledge of JEDEC standards processes and the memory industry ecosystem.

Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and training skills with the ability to communicate effectively to engineers, architects, executives, customers, and partners.

Strong ability to synthesize technical information, identify market implications, and communicate recommendations across technical and business audiences.

Proven ability to build trusted relationships across organizational boundaries and influence decisions without direct authority.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively across engineering, product management, applications engineering, sales, operations, and business development organizations.

Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support customers, partners, standards activities, and industry events.

The US salary range for this full-time position is $187,200 to $347,600. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
