Position Summary
As an Infant Room Closer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our youngest learners receive exceptional care, comfort, and attention throughout the afternoon and evening. The ideal candidate is experienced in infant care, organized, patient, and committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving care to infants in accordance with center policies and licensing requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Support infants' developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities and interactions.
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members regarding children's daily activities and needs.
- Assist with feeding, diapering, soothing, and daily routines.
- Complete end-of-day classroom closing duties, including sanitizing toys and equipment, organizing materials, and preparing the room for the next day.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an infant classroom required.
- Knowledge of child development and infant care best practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to meet state licensing requirements.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $45,698.86 - $55,035.18 per year
