Maintain quality control of all horticultural tasks

Prune trees and shrubs, and deadhead perennials

Maintain seasonal color in various landscapes

Fertilize and weed beds to ensure plant health

Complete all required tasks within the allocated time

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Able to navigate and work on uneven terrain

Knowledge of seasonal color and proper pruning techniques is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
