Commission Structure & Earning Potential
This is a high-reward 60-day trial, designed for top performers to earn immediately.
- Trial Success: Salespersons must sell just 30 units within the first 60 days (easily done with one B2B purchase order).
- Path to 1099: Upon success, you transition to a 1099 Independent Contractor role with base hourly pay, commission, and volume bonus opportunities.
- High Commission Rate: Your commission ranges from $80 per unit (drop-ship) to $149 per unit (high volume tiers with stock).
- REALISTIC INCOME: A representative selling just 65 units per month can earn over $90,480 in yearly commission alone.

Responsibilities
- Drive EV Hover sales initiatives through proactive outreach, product demonstrations, and compelling presentations to prospective clients and dealership partners.
- Leverage B2B sales techniques to build a robust sales pipeline, qualify leads, and close deals with a focus on high-end, outbound opportunities.
- Manage customer relationships with strong phone etiquette and effective communication, providing exceptional service and upselling where appropriate.
- Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to align promotions, inventory levels, and pricing strategies; maintain accurate CRM records and sales metrics.
- Track performance, forecast demand, and report progress to management while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership and retail sales experience with a track record in high-touch customer engagement
- Strong communication, public speaking, and phone etiquette; excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in outbound/inbound sales, upselling, and CRM software; solid math and retail math aptitude
- B2B sales ability preferred; negotiation, organization, and inventory awareness for efficient sales support
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities a plus; adept at pipeline management and high-end product positioning
