Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Operator I candidates to join a leading medical device manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble, inspect, repair, and test medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment while following established quality and safety procedures.

Responsibilities
- Assemble medical devices and components according to work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical device products.
- Work with small components using microscopes and precision hand tools.
- Maintain accurate written and electronic production documentation.
- Follow GMP, FDA, quality, and cleanroom procedures.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure product quality.
- Communicate production issues and recommend solutions to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
- Support production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
- Experience working in a cleanroom or medical device manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to work with small parts under a microscope.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements including grabbing, pinching, twisting, and pulling.
