We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Substitute Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the development of young children. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to guide children's behavior and support their social-emotional development.
- Assess children's progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for students.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom space conducive to learning.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience working with children in a preschool or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective classroom management strategies.
- Familiarity with lesson planning, math concepts for young learners, and tutoring techniques is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
