StayInn Locally is seeking a reliable and professional Property Operations Coordinator to provide daytime support for our short-term rental properties throughout Salisbury, Ocean City, and Cambridge, Maryland.
This role involves responding to property-related issues, conducting property inspections, meeting vendors and contractors, delivering supplies when needed, and assisting with guest-related concerns. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, has reliable transportation, and can respond promptly to urgent situations during daytime hours.
Requirements:
- Reside in or near Salisbury, Ocean City, or Cambridge, Maryland
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic handyman or property maintenance experience is a plus
- Availability during daytime business hours to respond to occasional on-site needs
This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for someone looking to earn supplemental income while helping us provide exceptional service to our guests and property owners across Maryland's Eastern Shore.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
