Site Manager Needed – Manufacturing Company
We are seeking a dependable Site Manager to oversee cleaning operations for office areas and the production floor at a manufacturing company.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cleaning operations in offices and on the production floor
Assign tasks and help ensure work is completed to company standards
Monitor supplies, equipment, and site conditions
Assist with cleaning duties as needed
Address safety concerns and report maintenance issues promptly
Support communication between the site team and management
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
Ability to stand and work on your feet for long periods
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Previous supervisory experience is helpful but not required. Cleaning or manufacturing experience is preferred.
