Responsibilities
· The Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth and revenue at the studio, including memberships, sales packages, and retail
· In this fast-paced and fun role, you will drive all parts of the sales funnel, beginning with leads through closing sales, be given daily, monthly and quarterly goals, supervision of in a sales team
· Participate in Grassroot events
· Within a reasonable distance between Club Pilates Foothill Ranch, Club Pilates Lake Forest LA fitness & Club Pilates Sendero.
· Provide quality member retention reach outs and in person customer service experiences
· We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Manager to support the overall functionality of our studio
· In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Sales and Operations to ensure exceptional service, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming environment for our members
· Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability
· Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and business partnerships
· Implement sales process to schedule prospects into intro classes
· Membership, class pack, private packages and retail sales
· Manage staff schedule
· Supervise Sales Representatives
· Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
· Maintain cleanliness the front desk & ensure the studio is presentable at all times
· Enforce studio policies and procedures with care and customer service
· Coordinate monthly studio promotions
· Meets or exceeds monthly Sales goals
· Passionate about sales & the fitness industry
· Strategically work with marketing team to generate new leads for the studio
· Any other duties as assigned by Studio Manager/Director of Sales & Operations

There will also be customer service and operational aspects to the role to create an incredible Club Pilates experience each time a member or lead comes into the studio. REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience preferred

- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
