Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Safety Manager to onsite safety and environmental health initiatives for electrical work. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies aligned with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits, hazard assessments, and root cause analysis to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
- Lead safety training sessions, including CPR, First Aid, Hazardous Materials Regulations, and Environmental Management Systems to empower employees with essential safety knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with environmental health regulations related to hazardous materials handling, waste management, and environmental regulatory standards.
- Manage incident investigations, prepare detailed report writing, and communicate findings to prevent recurrence.
- Oversee workplace safety programs that promote employee health through regulatory compliance standards in production environments.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, incident reports, and compliance documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial settings with a strong understanding of workplace safety protocols.
- Certifications in First Aid, CPR, OSHA safety regulations, EPA environmental management systems, and Hazardous Materials Regulations are highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of Workers’ Compensation Law and Workers’ Compensation processes.
- Familiarity with environmental health practices and environmental compliance standards applicable to production facilities.
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and report writing; ability to interpret complex safety data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver engaging training sessions and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration on safety initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with evolving occupational health regulations and environmental management practices.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
