Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Server and/or Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for great food and drink, some mixology skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server and/or Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with the team will be essential in delivering top-notch service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
- Process orders efficiently using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks during events such as banquets and catering functions.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, assisting in ordering as necessary to maintain stock.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and responsible serving practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in fine dining, nightclub environments, or catering services is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail preparation methods is advantageous.

Pay: $18.00 - $45.00 per hour
