We're launching a brand-new restaurant and bar in the Port Clinton/Catawba Island area, and we're looking for an exceptional General Manager to help bring our vision to life.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead all front-of-house operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team
- Create a collaborative, positive culture where employees feel valued and guests feel welcomed
- Partner with the Executive Chef to deliver outstanding food, beverage, and service experiences
- Develop systems, processes, and service standards that set the team up for long-term success
- Manage financial performance, including P&L, labor, scheduling, inventory, and operating costs
- Oversee bar operations and beverage programming
- Drive local marketing initiatives, social media engagement, and community partnerships
- Plan and execute special events, live entertainment, and seasonal promotions
- Monitor online reviews and continuously elevate the guest experience
- Jump in wherever needed—this is a leadership role that isn't afraid to roll up its sleeves

You also bring:
- 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience, including General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Previous restaurant opening experience is a plus
- A proven track record of building, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, budgeting, and cost controls
- Experience developing local marketing initiatives and social media strategies
- Knowledge of event planning, entertainment programming, and community engagement
- Experience overseeing bar and beverage operations is preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A collaborative leadership style and a genuine passion for hospitality
- An ownership mentality—you take pride in your work and inspire others to do the same

Pay: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
