Job Title: PACU RN – 12-Week Contract | Day Shift
Location: Franklin Surgery Center, Franklin, TN 37067
Pay: $55/hour
Contract: 8/24/26–11/16/26 (12 weeks)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
CareerNation is seeking an experienced PACU Registered Nurse for a 12-week contract assignment at an outpatient surgery center in Franklin, TN.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PACU RN looking for a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:

Provide Phase I/Phase II post-anesthesia nursing care

Monitor vital signs, airway, pain level, consciousness and overall recovery

Perform ongoing patient assessments and documentation

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Identify and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

Provide discharge education and instructions

Collaborate with anesthesia providers, surgeons and clinical staff

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Follow facility safety and infection-control protocols
Ideal candidate: Experienced PACU RN comfortable working in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery environment who can commit to the full 12-week assignment.
