- Conduct thorough operational audits and quality control reviews at acquisition targets and existing parks to ensure alignment with brand standards for cleanliness, safety, guest experience, family/pet friendliness, and overall hospitality excellence.
- Collaborate closely with the founders, Director of Operations & Revenue Management, park-level teams, and other departments to develop and execute integration plans, streamline operations, and establish consistent best practices.
- Analyze operations data, occupancy patterns, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency, revenue optimization, and guest experience improvements.
- Monitor post-integration performance of newly acquired parks, provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and recommend ongoing operational and process enhancements.
- Support the building and documentation of standardized operating procedures, tools, and reports to enable scalable, data-driven decision-making across the portfolio.
- Act as a key point of contact during integrations, fostering strong relationships with new park teams and ensuring a positive, efficient transition.
- Identify and implement opportunities for growth, cost efficiencies, and operational improvements by leveraging on-site observations, market research, and analytical insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends in RV park/campground operations, hospitality best practices, competitor performance, and emerging tools/technologies for park management and guest services.
- Travel extensively (nearly full-time) to properties across the United States for site visits, integrations, audits, and meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, integration/project management, quality assurance, or a related field in the hospitality industry (RV parks, campgrounds, hotels, manufactured housing communities, or marinas strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset and experience conducting operational assessments or audits.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment.
- Experience working with operations systems, booking platforms, analytics tools, and implementing standardized processes.
- Experience with hospitality task forces, acquisition integrations, and operational transition teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and park staff.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote/field-based environment with heavy travel.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and business intelligence software; tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to and train others on new systems quickly.
- Passion for hospitality, customer service, the outdoors, and revenue/operational optimization in the RV/camping space.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (nearly full-time) for site visits, integrations, and meetings; valid driver’s license and comfort with frequent road travel required.
