What You'll Do
As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care by:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes to the nursing team.
- Providing emotional support while promoting dignity and independence.
- Maintaining accurate documentation.
- Working collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to deliver exceptional care.
Qualifications
- Current North Carolina CNA certification (or eligibility to obtain).
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Long-term care experience is preferred but not required—we welcome new graduates!
